New Addition

Being awoken in the middle of the night by crying. The pitter-patter of little feet. Potty training. Teething. Having to move everything in the house off the bottom shelves. I thought we were done with that years ago, but apparently not.
Yep, that’s right. You guessed it. We have a little one in the house again. A little girl, in fact. Just eight weeks old and as cute as a button. After much discussion and a pseudo vote, we finally decided on a name – Gypsy!
“Makeshift” and Mahjongg

I also just posted a story on Kindle and Nook called “Makeshift.” Since it is just a short story (only 99 cents), I won’t say too much about it, except that it does include a bit about a certain Mahjongg incident that has some similarities to something that occurred in real life.
